The enrollment period is open from Monday, March 17, 2025 to Thursday, April 17, 2025.

You must be a dues-paying AFSCME member to enroll.

To meet the eligibility requirements for participation, you must have one (1) day of accrued, regular sick leave at the time Baltimore City Central Payroll (Central Payroll) makes the deduction, which will occur no later than April 25, 2025.

This is a voluntary program for AFSCME Local 44 members. By selecting "Yes" in your Workday account, you authorize Central Payroll to deduct one (1) sick day from your accrued sick leave balance. The day cannot be returned to your accumulated balance once deducted.
